We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email via Google OAuth), submitting reservation inquiries (name, email, phone, travel dates), and leaving reviews. We also collect usage data such as pages viewed and search queries to improve the platform.

Your information is used to operate and improve our platform, facilitate reservation inquiry submissions to hotels, personalize your experience (wishlist, recently viewed), and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

TripMyMap stores a small essential record to remember your cookie choice, and only stores optional preference data — such as display theme, language, and recently viewed hotels — on this device once you allow it. TripMyMap does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. You can review or change your choices at any time through "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. Some embedded content, such as Google Maps, may set its own cookies when displayed on a page.

Inquiry data (name, email, travel details) is shared with the relevant hotel in order to fulfill your request. We use Supabase for secure data storage and Google OAuth for authentication. These providers have their own privacy policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Inquiry records are kept for up to 12 months to support customer service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@tripmymap.net.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact our team at info@tripmymap.net and we will respond within 5 business days.

When you save a hotel to your wishlist, TripMyMap stores a small snapshot of that hotel — such as its name, image, and city — directly in your browser's local storage on your current device. This information is not sent to our servers and is not shared with third parties. Clearing your browser data will remove your saved hotels.

TripMyMap is intended for use by adults planning travel. Our platform is not designed for children to submit travel inquiries independently. If travel is being arranged for a child, a parent or guardian should submit the relevant information on their behalf.

Our website and destination guides may link to hotel websites, official tourism resources, or other third-party services. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of any external site before sharing information with it.
